Higher-risk features
Each higher-risk feature can be turned off. Each is one of the Enterprise controls.
Who turns each feature off
Where each switch sits (install, platform, or organization and workspace) is shown on Enterprise controls. Each switch is set by the layer that owns it:

Context Code
Context Code is one switch for the whole install. Turned off, paired computers are kept but can no longer run tasks; runs already in progress on a device finish normally.
