Foreign Language Support
At the point of ingestion, Context.ai will automatically detect and translate foreign language messages to English. We maintain both the original and the translated copy, so you can view both within the transcripts view.
Understanding Spoken Languages
You can understand in which languages your users are conversing on the Overview page.
Within the transcripts view, messages in a language other than English are automatically translated. You can view the original text sent by the user by clicking Show Original on the message card.

Context supports detection and translation of 106 foreign languages.
