A clear, two-channel feedback loop helps us improve your team’s experience continuously. Context supports:
  1. General Platform Feedback — big-picture input about the product experience
  2. Message-Specific Feedback — ratings and comments on individual AI responses
Use either (or both) depending on what you’re trying to share.

General Platform Feedback

Access: Click Send Feedback in the left sidebar to open the form. When to use it: Share overall product suggestions, report bugs, or describe UX friction. If it helps, attach screenshots or documents that illustrate the issue or idea. How it works:
  • Rich text input for structured, detailed write-ups.
  • File attachments (drag & drop), supporting images, logs, and documents up to 10GB per file.
  • Automatic context capture records which page you were on to speed up triage.
  • Upload progress with support for multiple files in a single submission.
What to include (recommended):
  • A concise summary (what happened or what you want to achieve).
  • Steps to reproduce (for bugs) or the workflow context (for enhancements).
  • Expected vs. actual behavior and any relevant artifacts (screenshots, logs, example files).
Minimum to submit: A short written description is sufficient; attachments are optional but helpful.

AI Message Specific Feedback

Access: On any AI response, use the feedback icon in the message toolbar. Select Give Feedback or Update Feedback to revise a prior entry. Rating options (5-star scale):
  • Poor — Not helpful
  • ⭐⭐ Fair — Somewhat helpful
  • ⭐⭐⭐ Good — Helpful
  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good — Very helpful
  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent — Extremely helpful
Additional options:
  • Time-saving indicator — Check **“This response saves me time.” **if the output of the AI response saved time or resources.
  • Custom tags — Apply relevant labels so we can categorize and route feedback quickly.
  • Comments — Add specifics (what worked, what missed, preferred format, missing sources, etc.).
Minimum to submit: Provide any one of the following:
  • A star rating, or
  • The time-saving indicator, or
  • Written feedback
Updating entries: You can edit or append context later using Update Feedback on the same message.
