Overview

The Agent Monitoring Dashboard provides live visibility into AI agent performance, user feedback, and organization-level usage trends. It’s designed for enterprise administrators to diagnose issues quickly, spot patterns, and guide improvements across teams and projects. Access: Organization Admins

Layout & Navigation

  • Main Interface:
    • Left panel: Analytics and visualizations
    • Right panel: Live feedback feed (collapsible)
    • Top navigation: View-mode toggle and global filters
  • View Modes:
    1. Visualization Mode — Interactive charts and tables for trends and comparisons
      • Time-series: average ratings, project creation, productivity indicators
      • Performance tables: team/user breakdowns
      • Live refresh for near real-time updates
    2. Data Mode — Raw tables and summary cards for detailed analysis
      • KPI cards for at-a-glance health
      • Full feedback table with drill-down
      • Export for offline analysis

Filters

Target precisely what you want to inspect and keep everyone on the same page with clear, shareable states.
  • Team: Focus on individual teams or roll up organization-wide
  • Project: Narrow to a single project or compare across projects
  • User: Inspect specific users or aggregate at higher levels
  • Date range: Custom time windows for historical analysis
  • Active filter display: Visual chips show applied filters with one-click clear

Key Metrics (KPIs)

  • Average Rating (1–5): Overall response quality
  • Total Projects: Created during the selected window
  • Feedback Responses: Count of submitted feedback entries
  • Time Savings: Number and percentage of messages marked as time-saving
  • Feedback Rate: % of messages with at least one feedback signal

Trend Visualizations

  • Average Ratings Over Time: Daily/weekly trends, historical baselines, quality improvement tracking
  • Project Creation Trends: Adoption growth, seasonality, and peak activity windows
  • Productivity Indicators: Time-saving response counts and rates to quantify efficiency gains

Performance Analytics

  • Team Performance Table:
    • Project count, message volume, feedback rate
    • Team average ratings and time-saving rates
    • Cross-team comparisons to identify outliers and best practices
  • Project Access from Ratings:
    • Click any rated project in tables or charts to open that project directly—you’ll be taken to the project if you have permission to view it (otherwise you’ll see an access notice).
  • User Drill-Down (via table links):
    • Per-user contribution to ratings, feedback, and productivity signals
    • Investigate coaching and enablement opportunities
